Hi. Sorry for the long post but I want to include details so potential new customers can also know my situation. I bought the geomorph tool around mid july. I'm currently living in China so there were a couple payment and login issues (about vpn usage), but it all end up getting solved by customer support. Used the tool and thought it was decent at what I needed it to do. Although the game I needed to unpack from had two types of files, and the geomorph tool could only unpack one of them. Reported this to cs and they told me an update is being worked on that will be released in a few days. This was 25th july. Early august, I asked about the update, they said it will be in a few days. Aug 8, I wanted to buy the unarch tool and asked them if I could get a discount from 65 pounds since I already own the gtool. Aug 10 They replied yes there is a coupon code. I then asked for the coupon code, they return to me on aug 13. I tried to buy it the next day, transaction is stuck at payment. Asked my cousin back home, same result. Reported to cs, and have gotten nothing ever since. It is aug 22th, there is no reply and no update on gtool. So I am a bit confused. What is going on? I just want access to the tools so I can get to actually using them asap and this has been a disheartening experience. When I try to open the gtool I bought, it also shows 'fail to execute updater' everytime, which leads me to believe this site and the server on the tools might be abandoned? I understand this is a small business and I don't want to be pushy. Please reply to clear things up.
