Unable to extract textures from gears tactics, and certain textures from gears 5, only texture i can extract are SOME of the diffuse maps for gears 5 characters

i bought Unarch unrivalled edition, but whenever i enter my Unique ID, i only get access to the free version, any way i can get it to be the unrivalled edition?
